Hands-on course exploring textiles through 2D pattern making and 3D construction. Developed sewn goods using industrial machines and hand tools, including a multipurpose apron, tailored dress shirts, and the transformation of a Tulane Architecture tote into a re-engineered duffle bag. Additionally, we Transformed a Typical government issued prison uniform into A more wearable peace of clothing. Emphasis on prototyping, material selection, pattern drafting, and translating design concepts into functional, wearable objects.
